2025 was another rewarding year at Cavignac. We had the opportunity to celebrate the success and career growth of our colleagues. The team gathered for a number of events both at the office and around town, including our Founders’ Day celebration and our annual summer picnic at the Catamaran Resort. Most importantly, we spent time with our community, providing support to various non-profits through donations and volunteer hours. The following features some of our highlights over the last year.

Our events committee hosted a number of wonderful outings for the team this year. Some of our highlights are listed below.
Founders’ Day
On February 11, 2025 we celebrated 33 years in business! The team gathered to reflect on another wonderful year of growth. We are grateful for our clients, community and colleagues who choose to work with us each day.
Superbowl Jersey Day
In honor of Super Bowl Sunday, our events committee hosted a Cavignac Jersey Day where the team sported their favorite sports gear in honor of the upcoming game!
Padres Opening Day 2025
We celebrate Padres Opening Day by sporting our favorite Padres gear!
Torrey Pines Hike
The team gathered at Torrey Pines for a beautiful hike along the water followed by a delicious lunch at the The Lodge at Torrey Pines!
Bowling Night at Aztec Lanes
The team gathered at Aztec Lanes for a fun night of bowling and time well-spent with our Cavignac Team!
San Diego Humane Society – Puppy Crash
The San Diego Humane Society stopped by our office with some adorable (and adoptable) furry friends! We are so grateful for this organization and all they do for animals in our community.
Cinco de Mayo
Our team gathered at our downtown San Diego office for a fun Cinco de Mayo celebration!
Summer Picnic
We gathered at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa for our annual summer picnic! It was a wonderful day spent with friends and family in sunny San Diego!
Sunset Cliffs Hike
The team gathered at Sunset Cliffs for a beautiful nature hike hosted by our Wellness Committee!
Pickleball Tournament
The team gathered for some friendly competition with a pickleball tournament hosted by our Wellness Committee!
Sidesgiving Potluck
The team gathered at our Downtown San Diego Office for our Annual Sidesgiving Cultural Potluck! This event is always a wonderful opportunity for us to get together and learn more about the delicious food and meaningful traditions that make each of our colleagues unique.
Holiday Party 2025
We gathered at the San Diego Yacht Club for our annual holiday party! It was a wonderful evening with delicious food and drinks and even better company!
Community Highlights
Due to the generosity of our team members, we were fortunate to donate over $36,000 to a number of organizations in our community who continue to serve their mission to enhance the lives of the individuals they serve.
Serving Seniors
We headed over to serving seniors for our quarterly lunch volunteer service!
Serving Seniors Eternal Volunteer Award
We were incredibly honored and humbled to receive the “Eternal Volunteer Award” from Serving Seniors in recognition of time we have shared with this wonderful organization over the years. We look forward to continuing to support Serving Seniors and their mission in the years to come!
CREW Golf Tournament
We gathered at the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in support of the annual CREW San Diego Golf Tournament!
Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Golf Tournament
We gathered at the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Triple T Golf Tournament this week in support of their mission to cure blood cancer and improve the quality of life of all patients and their families. It was a great day supporting this wonderful organization!
Challenged Athletes Foundation
The team gathered last Friday for the annual Challenged Athletes Foundation Surf Clinic! We always look forward to this event and are proud to support this incredible organization and the inspiring individuals they serve!
Lions Tigers & Bears
Our team sponsored and attended the Lions Tigers & Bears Wild in the Country Fundraiser! This event was in support of this wonderful organization which is a home and sanctuary to a number of lions, tigers, bears, and several other large animals in need of care.
IICF Bowling for Charity
We were proud to participate in the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) 16th Annual Bowling for Charity Event! IICF was able to raise over $55,000 dollars for our community and as winners of the tournament, our team directed a $250 donation to the Emilio Nares Foundation. We are fortunate to join our insurance partners in giving back to our community!
IIAB San Diego Annual Celebrity Waiters Holiday Party
Our team gathered at the IIAB San Diego Annual Celebrity Waiters Holiday Party for Charity last week! It was another wonderful event with our insurance community, raising money in support of the Burn Institute and Make-A-Wish® San Diego along with a canned food and toy drive for the Interfaith Shelter Network.
Additionally, we are incredibly proud to recognize Gena Marquez as she joins the Board of Directors of IIAB San Diego for 2026!
Salvation Army Adopt-a-Family
We had the opportunity to participate in The Salvation Army Adopt-A-Family Program this year! With the help and generosity of our team members we were able to provide gifts to two families in need this holiday season. We are so grateful for The Salvation Army and all their wonderful programs that serve families in our community.
As another year comes to a close, we reflect on all we achieved over the last 12 months. We are fortunate to have best in class colleagues and agency partners that continue to raise the bar and encourage us to meet the standard when it comes to excellence. Most importantly, we are fortunate for our wonderful community that brings so much value and meaning to the work we do. We are looking forward to all that 2026 has in store!
