This prestigious award was achieved by ranking among the top performers in the annual Best Practices study which is conducted by the IIAB and Reagan Consulting. In order to retain our status as a Best Practices Agency, we are required to submit our year-end results for review. These results are then analyzed, scored, and ranked based on operational excellence in the areas of growth, profitability, productivity and financial stability.
