We could not provide the services and solutions we do without the people that come to work with us every day. That is why we make it a priority to not only hire the most qualified individuals but we also make it our goal to give them the resources and support that allows them to build a career at Cavignac.
Over the years we have found two areas of our New Hire and Career Development process to be highly effective. The first focuses on our culture and the presence we have online for prospective colleagues. While we consistently produce content that serves to educate our clients and community on the latest trends in the Insurance and Risk Management world, we also place much emphasis on highlighting our colleagues and their achievements both at work and at home.
Every quarter we put together a newsletter which we call Risk & Culture. This newsletter highlights three areas that reflect our values and company as a whole. These include, Content, Culture, and Community. First, we cover the content we have produced that serves to educate our clients and community on different trends that may affect their business.
Next we dive into the culture at Cavignac, which is something that we have prided ourselves on for the last 30 years. This section not only gives prospective colleagues a glimpse into working at Cavignac but it allows our current team members to reflect on their experience. Whether it is attending events, being recognized for exemplifying our company values, or reflecting on what their fellow colleagues have to say about their experience working at Cavignac. This allows us to recognize our colleagues that go above and beyond to make this organization what it is while also keeping in focus the importance of being a great employer.
As a company we are always striving to be better. A better agency and a better employer. We have realized that the best way to do this is by investing in those who choose to work with us each day. This is why we implemented a Performance Growth System which allows each of our colleagues to reflect on how they have embodied our values, how they have performed in their role, and look forward to ways they can improve along with ways we can support them in their development. With anything in life, you get out what you put into something. With that said, our colleagues who have utilized this system to its fullest potential have seen results both in their professional and personal lives.
