We are happy to announce that Natalie Sherod and Paul Broussard, became our newest shareholders on January 1st of 2026.
Natalie Sherod, who obtained her CPCU, CRM and CIC designations, made the leap from the insurance company side in April of 2019. She was previously an underwriter and a marketing rep for Liberty Mutual. As a Risk Advisor at Cavignac, she is responsible not only for opening up new relationships and retaining existing ones, but working with her clients to understand and manage their risks.
Natalie is active in several business associations including:
- CREW-Commercial Real Estate Women
- NAWIC-National Association of Women in Construction
- Pro-Visors-a San Diego Networking Group.
Natalie has also been a major supporter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and was recognized as their Woman of the Year in 2022 and is currently on the board of Meals on Wheels of San Diego County and The Charlie Elanore Foundation.
Natalie and her husband Francesco are the parents of two wonderful children, Owen (age 7) and Olivia (age 10).
Paul Broussard, a lifelong Louisianan, ventured west with his new bride, Anika, and joined Cavignac in August of 2018. Paul is also a Risk Advisor and has been instrumental in bringing on a number of new clients. A true student of the risk and insurance business, Paul has earned a number of educational designations including the CIC, CRM, MLIS, PWCA and the cyRM.
Paul is active in several business associations including:
- NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association)
- ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors)
- ASA (Associated Subcontractors Alliance)
- Pro-Visors-a San Diego Networking Group
Paul and Anika are the parents of 3 great kids Rush (age 5), Beck (age 3) and Goldie (age 1).
