In this edition of “Conversations with…” we sat down with Humberto Quintero in our Accounting Department to learn more about his experience working at Cavignac and his life outside of work.

What is your favorite part about your role at Cavignac?

At Cavignac I feel like we are all part of a high functioning machine and everyone’s role is important. You feel like you make a difference every day.

What part of your career has challenged you the most?

Working for a big corporation was what I thought I had wanted in my career. After going through one for several years I realize how soulless that can be. It tested my passion for accounting. But coming here to somewhere with heart really makes me appreciate not just what we do here but how we do it, with pride and integrity.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Watching soccer with my family, especially when the US plays Mexico (My wife is a US fan and I root for Mexico).

What is one way that you have grown personally or professionally since joining Cavignac?

My work/life balance has improved dramatically since joining Cavignac. I get to spend quality time with my family and at the same time excel (yes pun intended) at work.
