As the year comes to a close we reflect on all we accomplished in 2023. We had the opportunity to celebrate the success and career growth of our colleagues. The team gathered for a number of events both at the office and around town, including our annual Ping Pong Tournament and Padres Game. Most importantly, we spent time with our community, providing support to various non-profits both through donations and volunteer hours. We look forward to all that 2024 has in store!

Summer Solstice– We kicked off the summer at Mission Bay, joined by friends and family.
Catamaran Party– We gathered at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa for an afternoon filled with delicious food and drinks, face painting, a magician and great company.
Padres Game– We gathered for our annual Padres Game as they took on the Los Angeles Dodgers. It was a great afternoon spent with friends and family that ended with a Padres win!

Community Highlights
The most important part of the work we do is the opportunity we have to give back to our San Diego community. In 2023, we were able to contribute nearly $30,000 to the organizations listed below. In addition to contributing funds, our colleagues had the chance to volunteer and participate in a number of events in support of these organizations. The following outlines these organizations.
Challenged Athletes Foundation
The George G. Glenner Alzheimer’s Family Centers, Inc.
San Diego LGBT Community Center
Warrior Foundation Freedom Station
Fisher House Southern California, Inc.
In addition to the organizations above, we had the opportunity to partner with Dickinson Cameron to build cottages for Casas de Luz which supports families in need of shelter and community.
Lastly, we attended the Corporate Dash in Liberty Station, in support of the Firefighter Aid by San Diego Fireman’s Relief Association. This organization has provided protection, care and relief to the members of the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department for over 100 years.
We are fortunate to work with colleagues who make each year better than the last. We look forward to all that 2024 has in store!
