There is a very high level of professionalism here (attention to detail, product and industry knowledge, high expectations, etc). As a new employee that has spent time at other agencies, I can tell you that this is not the norm and it’s something that I’ve missed. When you are surrounded by people working at a high level, you are held to a higher standard, and you push yourself to meet, and then exceed those expectations. That kind of attitude/approach is infectious and makes coming to work more meaningful.
