Biography
Patrick has been involved in the life, health, and benefits industry since 1989. He served as Employee Benefits Manager for both Lincoln National Life and New York Life, as well as Regional Sales Manager for Humana and CIGNA, before joining Cavignac in 2002 to establish the Employee Benefits Department. Patrick became a partner in 2007 and currently works with clients to manage their employee benefit investment and help them comply with ever-changing laws.
Born and raised in Leucadia, Patrick now lives in Encinitas with his wife Diane. They have three grown children – Sam, Mike and Camella. Patrick is a member of the Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus, and the Elks Lodge of Encinitas. He enjoys coaching high school football, golfing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
