Since 2011, Preston has helped Cavignac’s clients in industries including real estate, construction, development, manufacturing, hospitality, technology, marine, and nonprofits.

Preston is an active member in a number of associations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, where he serves on the Developing Leaders Council; the Association of Builders and Contractors, where he serves on the Board of Directors; the Urban Land Institute, where he has served as Co-Chair for their Young Leaders Partnership Forum; the Building Industry Association; and the Association of General Contractors. He is also a graduate of LEAD San Diego’s IMPACT Program.

Preston attended the University of Southern California, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Marshall School of Business and was a member of the USC football team. Outside of his professional career, Preston enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, as well as surfing, golfing and skiing.
