Cavignac Committee Series – Charity Committee

In the third edition of the Cavignac Committee Series, we highlight our Charity Committee.

Giving back to the community that has given us so much over the years, has always been of utmost importance to our organization. In order to focus more time and attention on our community, we implemented the Cavignac Charity Committee. This group of colleagues is led by Natalie Sherod and focuses on ways we can provide support to organizations in our community along with volunteer opportunities with those we currently work with.

Our Charity Committee meets quarterly throughout the year to discuss the allocation of funds that are raised through our colleague’s contributions each pay period. In addition, the committee focuses on identifying different organizations that will benefit from these funds. As our team has grown over the years, we have been fortunate to expand our reach into the communities of our remote employees across the country. We asked our colleague and head of the Charity Committee, Natalie Sherod, to share her thoughts on the role this committee plays at Cavignac and in the community. This is what she had to say.
