Since the day we opened our doors, we have presented ourselves as leaders through the service we provide to our clients, the support we provide to our colleagues inside and outside of the office, and the level of expertise we obtain in the insurance industry. We have and continue to pride ourselves on being one of the few remaining independent agencies serving in the city of San Diego, allowing us the opportunity to focus on initiatives and opportunities that best serve our clients and our colleagues. 

We have been fortunate to be recognized over the years for achievements related to both our workplace and the integrity behind the services we provide to our clients. In 2022 we were incredibly proud and humbled to be awarded the number one workplace in insurance across the country by Business Insurance. This achievement was an honor we did not take lightly, and set a new foundation for the organization to continue to learn and evolve different ways to support our colleagues in their personal and professional lives. 

In addition to being a great place to work, it is important that we continue to improve the work we do through operational excellence. Each year, we submit our year end results to IIAB and Reagan Consulting to be analyzed, scored, and ranked based on operational excellence, in the areas of growth, profitability, productivity and financial stability. For the 23rd consecutive year, Cavignac was named an IIAB and Reagan Consulting Best Practices Agency. This achievement is due to the dedication and commitment to excellence that our colleagues bring to work each day. 

Each and every one of our colleagues is a leader at this organization. From our producers, to support staff and service teams, we would not be able to provide the service to our clients at the rate that we do without the dedication and commitment that each of our colleagues bring to their roles each day. We are proud to be leaders in the industry and to continue to raise the bar when it comes to serving our clients and our colleagues. More so, we are proud to have colleagues that view the title “Leader” as a verb and implement it in their work day in and day out.
