We would not be able to do the work we do and provide service to the level in which we do without the collective effort of our colleagues. When we work together we are not only more efficient but we also open the door to the opportunity to learn more in different areas of our work that our colleagues may have a higher level of expertise in. Additionally, this allows our colleagues to enjoy time away from work with the peace of mind that all is being attended to while they are away.
Our colleague Doneca, recently spent some well-deserved time away from the office. With the support of our colleague Stephanie Chu, Doneca was able to enjoy her time off with the comfort of knowing that a high level of service was being provided to her clients in her absence. This is what Doneca had to share about Stephanie’s support during that time.
“Stephanie Chu has been a Team Player since she joined Cavignac. She consistently assists other team members when needed with no questions asked. Most recently, she covered my desk while I was on a lengthy vacation. Knowing that Stephanie was covering my desk gave me peace of mind knowing that everything would be handled during my absence. She did an exemplary job working my desk and handling the various matters that arose during the three weeks. Thank you Stephanie for always willing to give a hand when needed and being the Team Player that you are!” –Doneca Delmundo
The value of teamwork was also displayed across our construction and commercial teams in recent months. As our team grows and evolves, it has been crucial that each team member carries their weight as well as supports the rest of the team when necessary. Lucky for us, we have team members who do just that. This is what our colleague Jackie Sousa had to say about her team members in recent months.
“I want to thank Gena Marquez and Mona Romero for covering my desk while I was out of the office for a few weeks and I want to recognize them as ‘Team Players’. We have an active book which requires a lot of attention, and having teammates like you who step up and go the extra mile really matters.” -Jackie Sousa
We are fortunate to have colleagues who go above and beyond to support one another. This allows us to be more efficient in servicing our clients while maintaining a culture that prioritizes the well-being of our colleagues both at work and at home.
