When Cavignac was founded in 1992, it was founded with the vision that we live in a community where every business is protected from risk. With this vision came a set of 5 company values that would hold true no matter the challenges or changes the company would face. These values consisted of Leaders, Learners, Team Players, Professionals, and Givers. After 31 years in business, these values not only continue to hold true but are the foundation on which Cavignac continues to grow. 

Over the course of this series, we will highlight and outline each of these values and share the importance they have not only in the growth and success of our organization, but the crucial role they play in the lives of our colleagues who embody these values.
