In this edition of “Conversations with…” we sat down with Stephanie Jarboe in our Accounting Department, to learn more about her career and her life outside of work.

What is your favorite part about your role at Cavignac?

My favorite part of my role is the continued education. Since the beginning, Cavignac has supported my education and has opened so many doors for me. I enjoy learning every day and Cavignac makes it easy with their education programs, education PTO and knowledgeable staff that is always willing to help.

If you could pick any job in the world, money is not an object, what would it be?

I think that I would still do accounting, at least part time! I love structure and finding solutions, so accounting is really my dream job. If I HAD to pick something else, I would choose to be a member of the Broadway League because I love musicals and all that jazz!

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

My favorite thing to do outside of work is relax with my family. My husband and I love to travel and spend as much time as possible with our two-year-old. I also love going to the theater, going to new coffee shops, and trying new foods.

What is one way that you have grown personally or professionally since joining Cavignac?

I have changed a lot since joining Cavingac. I have gained confidence in my work, and I believe that it’s strongly due to the education that Cavignac provides. Since the beginning, I have been trusted and the confidence in my work reflects that. If I have any questions, I never have to travel far to find help.

What do you look forward to in 2024, both personally and professionally?

Professionally, I’m excited to continue my journey with Cavignac. I’ve been given so many new responsibilities and opportunities already this year that I’m eager to see what the rest of the year holds. Personally, I’m excited to go to Cabo with my family in a few months.
